Payment Models

  • Management fee model

The cost will depend upon the average number of positions handled in a month. It may vary according to the business agreement and the escalation factor.

  • Cost per hire model

The fee will be charged per head, who has successfully went through the programme and hired by the client.

  • Management fee model + Cost per hire model

This is a combination of the above two. This combines the consistent recruiting effort under the management fee, with payments for the success hires.
